the location was very convenient it was close to the train station. the staff were also very pleasant i am grateful for their service.
the room i had was not cleaned i was promised a full clean but it did not happen. i also noticed worn carpets it made the hotel seem a bit tired.

the location was convenient as it was a short walk from the train station and also near the apollo.
I found the cooked breakfast food to be cold. It lacked even a slight warmth. plates in the warmer were also cold to the touch. the beds proved quite uncomfortable. They were very hard and the pillows were too thick for my liking.

my stay began smoothly with early check-in. the staff were happy to help with my luggage. i found the bar staff to be friendly. i enjoyed fish and chips at the bar, and the breakfast buffet was very good.
i noticed some noise in the corridor late at night. it was due to other guests returning, but this was a slight issue.

The lobby bar offered great service and comfortable seating. cocktails were skillfully prepared and presented. the breakfast buffet included omelettes made to order. Thanks to chris. the variety was plentiful and fresh.

the gym was well-equipped with modern machines. the spa was clean and inviting, a very warm space. the steam room and sauna provided relaxation options. luggage storage was handled efficiently.

the hotel is located very close to the train station (just a short walk). i found getting around easy from there. this proved convenient for travel. the area felt safe at night.

my beautiful king room was lovely and clean. the shower was amazing (i really enjoyed it). a hairdryer was provided, that worked very well. i also slept well . (no issues whatsoever)
